When to call

Use this engagement after you receive a section 51 enquiry, desk audit letter, or field audit document request that turns on missing or scattered source records. Your licensed tax representative remains responsible for correspondence with the Inland Revenue Department.

Deliverable

An indexed digital (and optionally printed) binder mapping each IRD request paragraph to supporting documents, with a covering note listing residual gaps you cannot fill. We coordinate retrieval from warehouses, former staff, and banks where you provide introductions.

Constraints

We do not submit letters on your letterhead, attend IRD interviews as counsel, or invent documents to close gaps. Incomplete items are disclosed plainly.

Fees

Quoted after we read the enquiry letter and estimate archive effort. Rush work inside ten calendar days carries a surcharge disclosed in the fee letter. Send the enquiry letter (redacted if needed).
