These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to the website at aiautomatehub.digital (the “Site”) operated by Aiautomatehub (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.
Acceptance
Using the Site, submitting enquiry forms, or requesting estimates constitutes acceptance of these Terms and of any fee letter later issued for a specific engagement. Professional services are governed by the signed fee letter and engagement terms, which prevail over website copy if they conflict.
Services described
Content on the Site describes tax documentation audit support and related professional services in Hong Kong. Website descriptions are informational. They do not create a client relationship until we accept an engagement in writing. We may decline work that falls outside our scope (including statutory audits or legal representation) without obligation.
Intellectual property
Text, layout, graphics, and logos on the Site belong to Aiautomatehub or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business use. You may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written consent.
User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information in forms, not to misuse the Site (including attempting to disrupt servers or scrape content at abusive volume), and not to submit unlawful or confidential third-party data without authority.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from Site use, including reliance on general articles in Field notes. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. For paid engagements, liability caps and insurance details appear in the fee letter.
Third-party links
Links to external sites are provided for convenience. We do not control or endorse their content and are not responsible for their practices.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from Site use, subject to any different dispute clause in a signed engagement letter.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
